Salty Girls Realty & Rentals was created from a genuine love for the North Carolina coast and a belief that vacation rental management and real estate should feel personal, transparent, and relationship-driven.
Founder and broker Dawn Pierce has been vacationing on Oak Island since her daughter was just one year old, returning year after year to stay oceanfront with her family. Nearly 16 years later, what began as family vacations turned into a permanent lifestyle change when Dawn and her family sold their farm property near Charlotte and made the move to the coast to build their home and grow their business locally.
Today, Dawn lives and works within the community, raising her children in local schools and building strong relationships throughout Oak Island, Southport, and the surrounding Brunswick County area.
