Welcome to your brand-new Oak Island escape! Completed in 2026, this custom-built coastal home was thoughtfully designed for effortless beach vacations, with beautiful finishes, spacious living areas, a private pool, fully fenced backyard, elevator, and a completely private downstairs guest suite.

Centrally located in the heart of Oak Island, the home is approximately one mile from beach access and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, local attractions, and the Oak Island public boat launch. Spend the morning at the beach, the afternoon by your private pool, and the evening relaxing on one of two screened-in porches.

With the main house plus a separate downstairs suite included exclusively with your reservation, there is plenty of space for families and groups to spread out, relax, and enjoy their own space while still vacationing together.

MAIN HOUSE
The main living area is bright, open, luxurious, and beautifully appointed with a fresh coastal feel. From the custom finishes to the thoughtfully designed spaces, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort and style.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking dinner for the whole family. You'll also find a dedicated coffee bar for slow vacation mornings and your favorite morning brew.

An in-home elevator makes traveling between levels convenient and is especially helpful when arriving with luggage, groceries, coolers, and beach gear.
A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

PRIVATE DOWNSTAIRS SUITE

One of the features that makes this home especially unique is the completely separate downstairs guest suite. The entire suite is included with your reservation and is exclusively for your group. It is never rented separately to another group during your stay.

Located underneath the main house, the suite has its own private exterior entrance. Inside, you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen.

Please note that the downstairs suite does not connect internally to the main house by stairs or elevator. Guests access the suite from outside. This setup is perfect for grandparents, another couple, older children, or anyone in your group who would appreciate a little extra privacy while still being part of the vacation.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

Step outside to your own private backyard retreat! The fully fenced backyard surrounds the private swimming pool, creating a wonderful space to spend sunny Oak Island afternoons without ever leaving home.

Outdoor furniture around the pool gives everyone plenty of room to lounge and relax. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach or pool.
Even better, there's a convenient outdoor bathroom located near the pool, so there's no need to head through the house in wet swimsuits.

The home also features two screened-in porches with comfortable seating and plenty of space to unwind. The rear screened porch features a large dining table with seating for approximately 6–8 guests, making it a great spot for family dinners, morning coffee, games, or evening drinks.

You'll be centrally located in the middle of Oak Island, giving you easy access to everything the island has to offer.

Beach access is approximately one mile away, while grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other island conveniences are all nearby. Boaters will also appreciate the convenient location near the Oak Island public boat launch.
